Luis Flores is a Partner at Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo, where he advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of labour and employment matters, including employment litigation, labour consulting, collective labour relations, workforce restructurings and M&A-related employment matters.

With more than 15 years of experience, Luis has represented clients across a variety of industries, particularly in the banking and financial services, insurance, automotive and services sectors. He became Partner on 1 January 2026.

Luis joined Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo in 2014 and became Partner on 1 January 2026. With more than 15 years of experience in labour and employment law, he has advised domestic and international clients on complex employment matters across a range of industries. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Manzaneque y Asociados (2010–2014) and at Public Notary Office No. 153 (2008–2010).
