Paulina Mendietta is a Partner at Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo and Head of the firm's Labour & Employment consulting practice. She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of employment law matters, with a particular focus on preventive labour advisory work, workplace compliance, labour audits, workplace investigations and employment risk mitigation strategies.

She has extensive experience advising on restructurings, workforce reductions, employee transfers and the labour aspects of corporate transactions. Her practice focuses on helping clients prevent employment disputes through the implementation of robust workplace policies, HR training and compliance programmes.

Paulina joined Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo in 2016 and became Partner on 1 January 2026. She currently heads the firm's Labour & Employment consulting practice, advising domestic and international clients on preventive labour advisory work, workplace compliance, labour audits, workplace investigations and employment risk mitigation strategies. Paulina earned her Law Degree (graduated with honors) from the Universidad Panamericana and a Specialty in Amparo (constitutional review) from the same institution.

She is Currently an Adjunct Professor of Labor and Procedural Labor Law at Universidad Panamericana.
