Skilled at developing tactical plans to mitigate Labour risks in the areas of outsourcing, working hour requirements, remuneration policies, dismissal of executives, and collective dismissals. Adept at negotiating with Labour unions, collective bargaining agreements, forming and leading crisis committees to manage strikes. Very experienced with litigation before higher courts, notably the Superior Labour Court. Speaker and lecturer.

Recognitions: Order of Merit awarded from the Brazilian Superior Labour Court (TST) and the Courts of Appeals of São Paulo ((2nd circuit), Campinas (15th circuit) and Goiás (18th circuit).
