Pereyra & Asociados successfully handled the process of allocation of senior notes for electric generating company EGE-Haina. The firm represented Darby Franklin Templeton (Equity Fund) in the merger between Leon and BHD bank, valued at about US$5.5bn. The firm counseled the Dominican state in the renegotiation of the mining contract with Barrick Gold, valued at over US$2bn.

Dispute resolution: vast experience in litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods. The firm is a key player in the dispute resolution market successfully handling high profile litigation cases of different nature. Pereyra & Asociados is currently representing the Superintendence of Banks in the actions filed against several individuals for the commission of the bank frauds corresponding to both, Banco Peravia and Banco Providencial, valued at around US$29m and US$13m respectively.

Labour and employment: the firm is highly active in matters pertaining to labour and employment, whether it be advising clients on internal affairs of the company or representing them in labor related disputes.
