Career

As a partner at CCN, Jorge’s practice focuses primarily on the real estate sector, representing commercial and industrial real estate developers, buyers, sellers, lessors, and tenants throughout Mexico. He is the head of CCN’s Real Estate Practice Group.

He has extensive experience in general transactions involving commercial and industrial clients, which he has represented on a wide range of complex projects. ​

After working in several litigation firms and companies in the financial sector, he joined CCN in 1998. Over the years, he has also developed a strong academic background, serving as:

Professor of Law at the Escuela de Graduados en Administración Pública, Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (2014)

Professor of Public International Law at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) (2017–2018)
