María Paula Díaz is a partner in the Compliance and Crisis Management, Corporate Law, ESG, Corporate Governance, and Privacy and Data Protection practices. She has extensive experience advising on local and international anti-corruption laws, compliance programs, corporate investigations, and data privacy matters. María Paula is also highly skilled in drafting and negotiating international contracts, including agency, distributorship, software, technology, and data processing agreements. She has delivered compliance training in Indonesia, Singapore, Colombia, Brazil, and Uruguay, and has led complex negotiations on ethical conduct for multinational clients in Italy and France.

Before joining the firm in 2010, María Paula was an associate at Abeledo Gottheil Abogados (2005–2010). Her cross-border expertise and practical approach make her a trusted advisor to clients navigating regulatory and contractual challenges in multiple jurisdictions.
