Diego E. Parise is a partner in the Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Compliance and Crisis Management, and Family Business and Private Clients practices. He has a distinguished track record advising Argentine and international clients on complex M&A, joint ventures, financings, and public and private stock and asset acquisitions, as well as offerings of debt and equity securities, bank financings, and debt restructurings. Diego also advises on securities regulations, corporate governance, and compliance matters.

Before joining Mitrani Caballero, Diego was an associate and later partner at Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2004–2007), and previously practiced as a New York-based associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP (1999–2004).

He is recognized by Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, and LACCA Approved for his expertise in Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance, and is a member of the International Bar Association.
