Career
Kerstin Swoboda joined the Munich office of Ogletree Deakins as senior associate in December 2025. As a certified employment law specialist, she advises national and international companies on all aspects of labor and employment law. Her individual practice spans the establishment, structuring, and termination of employment and service relationships, while her collective practice covers all matters involving works councils and trade unions.
Kerstin Swoboda’s areas of focus include corporate transactions, dismissals, restructurings including subsequent integration, and global mobility.
She represents employers in employment litigation and in all collective labor matters throughout Germany.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Kerstin Swoboda worked for several years as an attorney at an international business law firm in Berlin.
