Tatjana Serbina joined the Berlin office of Ogletree Deakins in March 2025 as a counsel. As a certified employment law specialist, she advises national and multinational employers on a wide range of domestic and international employment-related matters, with an emphasis on cross-border reorganizations, post-acquisition integration, and data privacy.

She also advises and assists clients in internal investigations, particularly in connection with whistleblower protection.

In addition, Tatjana counsels clients on all matters relating to employee representatives, including the establishment of European Works Councils. She frequently represents clients before German labor courts.
