Rob Marcus is an experienced trial attorney with a nationally recognized litigation practice. Rob has handled a wide variety of complex cases, including business disputes, “bet-the-company” litigation, securities and financial disputes, government investigations, insurance coverage litigation, intellectual property litigation, catastrophic injury cases, and class action defense. Rob has litigated these matters in state and federal courts throughout North Carolina and elsewhere, as well as in arbitration. He is also an experienced appellate lawyer, handling cases in numerous state and federal appellate courts.

Rob’s diverse practice has been consistently recognized in Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America® and North Carolina Super Lawyers in numerous areas, including business litigation, general commercial litigation, securities litigation, mass tort litigation, and class action defense.
