Daniel Francisco Di Paola joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2000 and is currently a member of the Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) department. Diego Fernández

Diego is a partner in the IP, IT & privacy practice group. He is a technology expert, with 16 years’ experience in a wide range of expertise which includes privacy & data protection, privacy compliance, privacy in internal investigations and at the workplace, RegTech (including Fintech, Insurtech and HealthTech), software licensing, IT agreements, IT compliance, cyber security, and criminal law in connection with technology. He regularly advises clients on IT and privacy-related matters, and also IP and IT in M&A transactions. Elias F. Bestani

Elías F. Bestani specializes in shipping and maritime law, insurance and reinsurance in addition to the resolution of complex disputes. He has experience in the structuring of LNG operations and has negotiated time and bareboat charters and volume contracts. Juan M. Diehl Moreno is the head of the FinTech Department and partner in the firm’s Banking & Corporate Finance Department since 2006. Miguel Del Pino

His area of specialization is centered on competition and mergers and acquisitions. His professional work focuses on advising clients and representing them before the antitrust authorities on matters relating to pre-merger control, cartel investigations, anticompetitive investigation and general market investigations. Pablo Garcia Morillo

Pablo García Morillo specializes in business and corporate law and his professional practice is centered on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Pablo Viñals Blake

Pablo Viñals Blake has been partner of Marval O'Farrell Mairal since 1997 and works in the Corporate and M&A team, leading the Private Equity, Venture Capital and Agribusiness Groups in Marval. Pablo was involved in the privatization program carried out by the Argentine government during the 1990s and represented domestic and multinational companies, private equity, hedge funds and financial institutions in almost all of the largest M&A, Agribusiness and project financing transactions held in Argentina in the last two decades. In these matters, he also assisted local and foreign investors on deals in other Latin-American countries, such as Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay and Brazil and advised multilateral financial institutions such as the IFC, IDB and the United States Eximbank on their Argentine operations.

Pablo A. Artagaveytia has been a partner at Marval O’Farrell Mairal since 2000. His area of specialization is centered on commercial and corporate law. Pablo S. Cereijido joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 1993 and has been a partner of the firm since 2003. A member of the Litigation Department, he specializes in insurance and reinsurance law and has actively participated in international commercial arbitrations.He advises on reinsurance matters, on matters related to different lines of insurance, on insurance and reinsurance claims, on the drafting of insurance policies and on matters related to insurance brokers, agents and non-traditional distribution channels.
