Intellectual Property.

Sergio Ellmann joined Marval in 1983 and has been a partner since 1995. He specializes in industrial property law, advising national and international companies principally on trademarks and guarantees related to industrial property, internet law and other laws connected with intellectual property.

He graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a degree in law in 1987 and obtained a Master in Law at the University of Illinois in 1990. He has made presentations in industrial property law courses as an assistant professor at the Universidad de San Andrés and in many seminars and conferences at other universities and forums on subjects related to his area of specialization. Likewise, he has spoken at practical business negotiation courses for lawyers at the Escuela de Abogacía de Buenos Aires.
