Alberto C. Cappagli has been a partner with Marval between 1991 and 2007 and specializes in maritime, aeronautic and insurance law.

Between 1974 and 1991 he was a member of the firm Manzano & Cappagli. He graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 1967 with a degree in law and obtained a diploma in comparative law in 1967 from the Strasbourg International Faculty for Comparative Law Education.

He is currently an titulary member of the Comité Marítimo Internacional (Antwerp), titulary member and president of the Asociación Argentina de Derecho Marítimo, founding member and former vicepresident of the Instituto Iberoamericano de Derecho Marítimo, member of the Comisión de Derecho de la Navegación of the Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and member of the Instituto de Derecho Internacional y de la Navegación of the Academia Nacional de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales.
