He is an expert in Industrial Property and his practice focuses on Patent Law, having advised national and foreign companies in his area of specialization.

He joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 1991 and has been a partner of the firm since 1998. He worked as a foreign associate at Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering during 1996.

He is currently a member of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents, the Interamerican Association of Industrial Property, the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AIPPI), the Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle (FICPI), the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) and the Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (Buenos Aires Bar Association).

He graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 1991, obtained an LL.M. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1996.
