David Kessaram is a leading member of the Bermuda Bar and the CHW litigation team having amassed 48 years’ experience. He continues to be a go-to advocate and trusted advisor on Bermuda’s most substantial litigation disputes offering clients a one-stop shop of knowledge across a breadth of commercial, corporate, trust, estate, and insolvency and restructuring matters. David is a former Managing Partner of CHW and former President of the Berrmuda Bar Council. From time to time David sits as an Assistant Supreme Court Judge and is instructed to act as an arbitratror, mediator, and to provide expert evidence as to Bermuda law in foreign proceedings.

David was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 1977 (non-practising) and the Bermuda Bar in 1978. David has had numerous memberships throughout his career and has authored various publications on Bermuda law.
