Work highlights

  • Acted as Cayman counsel for Datang Group Holdings Limited in relation to its listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with gross proceeds of approximately HKD1.53bn.
  • Acted as BVI counsel to Pacific Aegis Capital Management as arranger in a HKD330m structured loan financing to a wholly owned subsidiary of HNA Group (International) Company Limited.
