Hydrocarbons specialist David Enriquez leads the team, which also includes the versatile partner Jorge Sandoval . THe team recently advised OMV Exploration and Production on its strategic partnership with Sapura Energy Berhad, which included the acquisition of certain Mexican assets. The practice also advised Letter One Group on its joint venture agreement with Basf to merge their oil-and-gas businesses and co-operate them under the Wintershall banner.
