As a trusted adviser, Jeff has acted on behalf of issuers, underwriters and dealers in both public and private M&A transactions as well as offerings of equity, debt and hybrid securities, including sustainable finance structures, as well as assisting clients with corporate governance matters and continuous disclosure compliance obligations with a focus on sustainability and inclusion related disclosure and governance.
