Jeff is the Past-Chair of the National Infrastructure group and the former head of the Vancouver Real Estate group. His clients consist of major Canadian pension funds and their advisors along with public and private real estate investors. Jeff’s practice spans the full spectrum of commercial real estate and major project development. Jeff is now the Managing Partner of Blakes Vancouver Office, a role he has held since 2022.

Jeff is a member of the Canadian Bar Association - Real Property Subsection and the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE) and he is a fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of North America.
