David is Head of the Birmingham Real Estate Dispute Resolution team, the leading team in the Midlands. He has been admitted to the Legal 500 Hall of Fame.

He has over 25 years of experience and extensive contacts within the Energy & Utilities, Real Estate, Retail and Leisure sectors. He regularly conducts Litigation, Arbitration, Expert Determination and Alternative Dispute Resolution including Mediation. David has a broad practice across all contentious real estate workstreams but also has niche experience in Energy & Wayleave disputes in the Energy & Utilities sector and has deep knowledge of powers for licence holders under Schedule 4 of the Electricity Act 1989 and also for gas transmission and distribution licence holders under the Gas Act 1986.
