Robert Bastian
Robert Bastian is a Partner in Dentons' Frankfurt office and a member of the Private Equity and Corporate group. He focuses on private equity, M&A and venture capital as well as capital markets.
Robert has been advising numerous highly reputable private equity houses on leveraged buy-out transactions and venture capital funds on various transactions. He also advises on public tenders and capital market related matters, in particular, public takeovers, IPOs, dual listings and de-listings. Furthermore, Robert has been rendering advice to members of management boards and supervisory boards of listed and non-listed companies.
