Kim Hamm leads Mayer Brown’s Congressional Investigations practice and also provides strategic guidance to financial institutions on key regulatory and legislative matters. She formerly held high-level government positions, including Chief Counsel to the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and General Counsel to the Speaker of the US House of Representatives. She draws upon this experience to provide corporate clients with the political acumen and legal expertise required to successfully navigate the emerging challenges of today’s increasingly polarized political environment.
