While it does handle some contractor work, the construction team is best-known for its employer-side offering, where as well as advising on the front-end of deals  including a major piece of ongoing work for the Hong Kong Jockey Club on the 150-hectare construction of a facility for the training of Hong Kong’s thoroughbred racehorses, it is also extremely adept at advising on any disputes that may subsequently arise.
