Jay Harris focuses on healthcare industry transactions as well as general corporate matters. As a partner in the Healthcare practice, Jay represents healthcare providers, investors and other organizations in a variety of transactions.

Jay represents clients in the transactions surrounding the formation of new entities and structures for delivery of healthcare services. He is experienced in acquisition and divesture transactions for many types of healthcare providers, including hospitals and health systems; home health and hospice agencies; long-term care facilities; ambulatory surgical centers; physician practices; dialysis and diagnostic imaging providers; dental services companies; and pharmacies.
