Amanda Gill is a partner in Goodwin’s Public M&A / Corporate Governance practice and Life Sciences group. She advises clients on public and private company mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, carve-outs, and other significant transactions, including private equity and venture capital transactions. She also advises clients on activist defense and corporate governance matters. Amanda represents a wide range of clients from a number of industries, including life sciences, pharmaceuticals, technology, healthcare, financial services and consumer and retail.
