Michael Dolan is a partner in Brown Rudnick's Real Estate Practice Group and is known for being a versatile legal advisor. He develops business for many departments within the firm, such as the Transaction, Real Estate, Private Equity, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring groups. Throughout his career, Michael has represented public and private corporations in a wide array of transactions with respect to general business and corporate issues.

Michael's practice is concentrated on commercial real estate, secured lending, and telecommunications, representing many clients on a national basis in a wide range of transactions that includes the build-out of telecommunications and fiber optic networks and infrastructure, commercial leasing and development, zoning and land use, as well as traditional and structured real estate finance and work-outs.

Michael served as a law clerk to the Honorable Donald F. Shea of the Rhode Island Supreme Court from September 1989 through August 1990.
