Lauren Tabaksblat is a partner, co-chair of the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group, and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. As a seasoned litigator and trusted advisor, she guides her clients through all stages of complex commercial litigation, from pre-litigation investigations and negotiations through trial and appeal, often in “bet-the-company” cases. Lauren has extensive experience handling complex real estate disputes, civil RICO and other securities actions, professional malpractice, tax, insurance and other high-stakes commercial disputes. She regularly represents publicly traded companies, private corporations and high-net-worth individuals in state and federal courts and arbitrations throughout the country. Clients routinely turn to Lauren for creative and aggressive solutions.

Many of Lauren’s cases have garnered widespread media attention, including Fleites v. MindGeek, which was covered by The New York Times, CBS, CNN, Bloomberg News, among other major news outlets. Lauren also appeared on Fox Business Network to discuss a landmark decision in the case and was quoted in the New Yorker.
