  • Permanent and regular advice to MSD, Sumitomo, Louis Dreyfus, Wintershall, Google, Hewlett Packard, United Airlines, Total Austral, Duke Energy, Sinopec E&P, Endesa Argentina and Falabella (among others) on labour and social security matters, including the structuring of labour relationships, compliance issues, the drafting and application of employment policies, individual employment agreements; the down-sizing or closing of industrial or commercial facilities and associated workforce dismissals, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, stock option plan, collective bargaining agreements and immigration issues.
