Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen (PAGBAM) has an established competition and antitrust practice that offers domestic and international clients general advice on competition and antitrust regulations, antitrust filings and proceedings before state regulators, litigation, and investigations related to anti-competitive behaviour. Practice co-head Luis Barry is an expert in competition and antitrust and consumer law, and has deep knowledge of complex antitrust, product liability, and consumer protection cases. María Carolina Abdelnabe Vila also leads the practice and is well versed in related consumer protection, fair trade and product liability issues.
