With 19 years of experience in all areas of antitrust and competition, Ana Bátia provided legal assistance to companies and individuals in merger control, antitrust investigations, settlements and leniency agreements before the Brazilian competition agency (CADE). She also has vast experience in antitrust and compliance training and review of commercial practices.
