Position
Krishan is a commercial barrister at CANDEY working across the firm’s core practice areas.
Krishan’s experience covers a broad range of commercial disputes, including both commercial litigation and international arbitration. He has a particular focus on high-value disputes, with recent cases including Commercial Court anti-suit/anti-enforcement litigation worth c.£102 nonillion, Commercial Court aircraft redelivery litigation worth c.£200 million, and an offshore family trusts arbitration worth c.US$8 billion. Krishan also has experience of Court of Appeal proceedings, section 994 petitions, and professional negligence disputes.
Before joining CANDEY, Krishan was a solicitor in leading commercial disputes teams from 2017 onwards. He trained and qualified at Clifford Chance, before working at Clyde & Co as an associate, and then at WilmerHale as a senior associate. Whilst a solicitor, Krishan worked extensively on litigation and arbitration across many commercial sectors, including oil & gas, renewables, aircraft, shipping, banking, and offshore trusts.
Krishan graduated from Christ Church, Oxford in 2013 with a First-Class degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales at Lincoln’s Inn in July 2024 and completed pupillage at CANDEY in September 2025.
