Head of Financial Accounts

As our Head of Financial Accounts, Kayleigh is responsible for client accounting, accounts payable and ATE insurance.

She joined Fletchers Group in 2015, beginning her career as an Administration Assistant. Shortly after however, Kayleigh joined the Finance team and has since worked in a variety of different financial roles; leading both the FP&A and Financial reporting teams before commencing her current role. She has also been heavily involved in the financial integration of acquisitions working alongside the M&A project team.

Having graduated from the University of Liverpool with a BA Hons in Accounting and Finance, in 2019, she then became a fully qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).

Kayleigh’s biggest passion is travelling, embarking on a seven month sabbatical in 2024, where she visited South America, Asia and the Balkans
