Partner and Head of Real Estate Litigation

Luke Maidens joined Blacks Solicitors in 2021 as Partner and Head of the Real Estate Litigation team.

Luke was previously a Property Litigation Partner at a major international law firm and has some 15 years of experience and expertise in the full range of property litigation matters. He will always strive to resolve any issues in the most practical and commercial way possible.

In addition, Luke is a leading expert in the telecommunications sector and has been at the forefront of precedent-setting litigation, following the introduction of the new Telecommunications Code, in December 2017. He deals with all issues and technical queries arising from the installation of telecommunications apparatus on land.

Luke is the co-author of the leading telecoms law text ‘The Electronic Communications Code and Property Law; Practice and Procedure’, published by Routledge in 2019.
