  • Assisting a major Macau holding company in the negotiation and implementation of a multi-party umbrella agreement in respect of the transfer to the Macau Government and to a Macau Gaming Concessionaire of, respectively, the gaming and the non-gaming area of a the Oceanus building, a flag gaming property of Macau.
  • Advising a Macau approved gaming machines manufacturer in the Macau proceedings of a major international litigation with another gaming manufacturer, in respect of an alleged breach of patent rights (which, in Macau, constitutes a criminal offence), and respective compensation claims.
  • Assisting the Portuguese real estate subsidiaries of a Macau holding company in the negotiation, drafting and execution of sale and purchase agreements for the transfer, to major European real estate group, of several plots of undeveloped land in Lisbon (Portugal).
