CMS INDUSLAW to Bolster Employment & ABAC Practice

Monday, 11 August 2025 – CMS INDUSLAW is pleased to announce the return of Amrita Tonk, who joins the firm’s Employment/Investigations and ABAC practice in the Delhi & NCR offices.

Amrita brings to the firm a distinguished legal career spanning litigation, investigations, and employment law, enriched by her prior tenure in the judiciary. Her deep expertise in employment advisory equips her to navigate the complex legal and operational challenges faced by organisations managing dynamic and diverse workforces.

She regularly counsels clients across industries on sensitive and high-stakes employment matters, including workforce disputes, internal investigations, employee misconduct, regulatory compliance, and workplace policy enforcement. Her experience includes advising Indian and multinational corporations on whistle-blower investigations, termination of senior management, and strategic issues around culture, governance, and compliance.

Amrita prviously served as a Metropolitan Magistrate in Delhi from 2013 to 2018, presiding over Trial Courts at Patiala House and Tis Hazari. Most recently, she was Head of Legal (North) at Godrej Properties Limited.
