  • Acting for the Raffles Group in Singapore court proceedings commenced against Indian and Singapore individuals connected to the Educomp Group (the Raffles Group’s JV partner) for loss and damages arising from the individuals’ alleged conspiracy to injure the Raffles Group through (among other things) the making of fraudulent misrepresentations which induced the Raffles Group to take substantial investment steps in respect of its business interests in the Indian education sector.
  • Acted for Jungle Ventures as lead investor in the US$17 million Series B funding round of Leap Finance.
  • Acted for Macquarie’s Green Investment Group in the acquisition by its portfolio company, Blueleaf Energy of a majority stake in an Indian clean energy solutions provider, Vibrant Energy Holdings Pte. Ltd., from ATN International, Inc.
