Career

Cameron is our head of restructuring, insolvency and special situations (RISS) and is qualified and has practised for more than 25 years in Australia, London and New York in domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters.

He acts for strategic investors and creditors, public, portfolio and private debtor companies and equity sponsors in distressed lending and restructuring transactions and related contentious disputes. Cameron is familiar with and highly experienced in helping clients identify opportunities and develop and implement strategies that enable clients to profit from distressed situations.

Cameron combines his understanding of formal insolvency regimes and his unique global experience to structure cross border and domestic balance sheet and operational restructures under-performing trading groups.
