Gemma is a Solicitor within the Medical Negligence Team.

The Team has experience in dealing with a variety of Medical Negligence cases against NHS Hospital Trusts, General and Private Practitioners.

Gemma has experience in advising on a range of Medical Negligence claims, to include delays in diagnosing and treating Cauda Equina Syndrome, representing clients on matters arising from complications with pregnancy, gynaecological injuries, negligent misdiagnosis, delays in diagnosing fractures and psychiatric injuries.

Gemma is also on the committee for the Leicestershire Junior Lawyers Division.

Gemma enjoys helping clients through times which can be extremely difficult, in the hope to obtain answers in respect of the care they have received. Gemma believes it is important for clients to obtain closure from what can be a challenging experience.
