Emma is a former Magic Circle litigator with Allen & Overy (London) and Herbert Smith Freehills (Hong Kong).
Accredited as a mediator in 2008, Emma has a busy civil & commercial and employment/ workplace mediation practice, currently mediating 35 - 40 disputes a year. In addition to her general commercial mediation practice, Emma specialises in disputes with a technology or media focus.
