Managing Partner and Solicitor Advocate, Nadeem Majid is experienced in dealing with all types of complex frauds, including VAT fraud, MTIC Fraud, mortgage fraud and large scale drugs conspiracies. Nadeem founded the firm 12 years ago having previously been an employed solicitor for one of the leading criminal practices in Bristol and prosecuted for the FSA, which gave him an invaluable insight into preparing cases from both perspectives, which continues to assist in being able to apply the mind from both angles when preparing cases. Heading the Complex Case Unit at the practice, Nadeem in accustomed to dealing with heavyweight cases with paper heavy cases, and regularly defends people charged with serious allegations of fraud, large scale drugs conspiracies, and is regularly instructed by company Directors of large companies facing allegations of fraud and dishonesty.
