    Career

    Mr Abdullah Al-Lami has been inspired by the legacy of his family in the legal sector in Iraq while having his grandfather, father, mother, sister, brother in-law all working in the legal sector he decided not to follow the trend of the 21st century of “making something for yourself” but rather wanted to develop and enhance the already existing immense resources at ALSAIF Law Firm. 

    To be able to do so he had gone in 2020 to study at University College Dublin – Sutherland school of law, which is ranked among the top 100 colleges of law worldwide. He had completed almost two years in the college with a First Class Hours while working online in supporting ALSAIF Law Firm since 2019.  He had also completed a diploma in International Studies in Economics, Law and Finance from the University College Dublin - International Studies Centre in 2019. Moreover, in 2022 he started his Civil Law Bachelors at the American University of Baghdad Iraq to ensure a comprehensive understanding of both Civil and Common law systems and enable the firm’s clients from those two different legal systems in their operations inside Iraq. 

    Mr Abdullah Al-Lami has been focused on providing assistance to the team in the areas of Investment Law, Company Law, Arbitration law, Tax law, Labour Law, Banking and Finance Law, while also focusing administratively in foreign client acquisition.
