Simone Carrà – Managing Partner

Simone Carrà is a labor and employment lawyer and the founding partner and team coordinator of BCA Legal.

Simone spent over 15 years working with top-tier Italian and international law firms, gaining extensive experience in complex labor and employment matters, before founding BCA Legal in June 2024 with Professor Marco Biasi. Their goal was to introduce a new, young, and dynamic law firm to the market, that combines the excellence of professional practice with academic rigor.

Simone holds a law degree from Bocconi University (Milan) and a Ph.D. from Ca’ Foscari University (Venice). His approach combines practical, results-oriented problem-solving with a deep academic understanding of labor and employment law.

He has advised multinational corporations and businesses of all sizes on strategic matters such as collective dismissals, plant closures, corporate restructurings, business crises, union negotiations, multi-level collective bargaining, high-stakes litigation, and labor inspections.

In recent years, Simone has broadened his expertise including general corporate and commercial law matters, allowing him to coordinate full-service projects in partnerships with specialized advisors.

Simone has cross-sectorial experience, having advised clients across services, metalworking, banking, insurance, automotive, logistics, and digital platforms.

He is the author of numerous publications in academic and industry journals, a frequent speaker at university conferences, seminars, and executive training courses, and has taught labor law as an adjunct professor at LIUC University of Castellanza and at Vittorio Aymone School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the University of Salento.

Simone is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Association of Italian Employment Lawyers (AGI).
