Stefania has over fifteen years of experience in labour law. She began her career in a multidisciplinary firm and then worked for 13 years in a law firm specialized in labour law, taking on increasingly significant roles. Since June 2024, she has been a Partner at DL-LAW. She has experience in all areas of labour law, including M&A transactions and complex industrial relations, as well as corporate social sustainability.
