Kerim Pelister is an experienced lawyer in corporate and finance law with a track record of leading some of Turkey's largest mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, banking-finance, and energy transactions.

With extensive experience at the beginning of his career at a prestigious London-based international law firm Kerim played a pivotal role in advising the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority on the initial drafting of the Renewable Energy Law, demonstrating his ability in shaping industry regulations.

Kerim joined Lehman Brothers as a board member and acted as the general manager of Lehman Brothers Turkey specializing in Non-Performing Loans and corporate restructuring. During his career at Lehman Brothers, he successfully managed the collection of distressed debts totaling over USD 350 million from both local and international financial institutions, showcasing his ambition for delivering practical and results-driven solutions.

Recognized by Legal 500 as a “Leading Individual” in Restructuring and Insolvency in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Kerim is known for his strategic insights and language proficiency in Turkish, English, and German.
