His qualifications are further bolstered by a Certificate in Global Media Policy from the University of Oxford, underscoring his commitment to the intersection of law and media regulation.

Ayman’s legal expertise spans a diverse array of fields including corporate law, commercial law, investment, construction and engineering, labour law, media regulations, transportation law, intellectual property, banking, civil law, and real estate. He is renowned for his proficiency in drafting contracts and dispute settlement agreements, offering nuanced legal advice across these areas. As a certified arbitrator, Ayman plays a pivotal role in directing the firm's arbitration clients, advocating strongly for arbitration and alternative dispute resolution as effective tools for advancing client interests.

In his capacity as a senior partner, Ayman has been instrumental in driving innovation within the firm. He spearheaded the development and implementation of a new internal software system dedicated to organizing the litigation department, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. Moreover, he has been actively involved in the creation of the firm’s new website and branding, collaborating closely with web developers and branding experts to ensure a modern and cohesive online presence.

He is an international counselor for the International Arbitration Center, a member of the Arab Federation for Architectural Arbitration Center, and contributes to the committee for modifying the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. Ayman is also a member of the Jordanian Arbitrators Association.
