Faris’s career spans over a decade at firms like White & Case LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright across London, Dubai, and Riyadh. He has played a key role in advising the Saudi Central Bank on regulatory reforms and financial structuring. Faris represents major financial institutions, government bodies, and corporates, advising on sovereign lending, debt restructuring, and Islamic finance solutions. His work includes advising SAMA on SAIBOR reforms, and on IBOR migration Shariah structuring solutions, leading Bank Al Jazira’s Tier 1 Sukuk program, and a $10 billion syndicated credit facility for Saudi Arabia.

Faris speaks both English and Arabic with native fluency and is able to negotiate and draft legal documents in both languages.
