Ms. Yuling Li is the founding and managing partner of Shanghai Hansheng Law Offices, Director of International Department and Deputy Director of IP Center of Hansheng. She has 20 years' experience in legal field, focusing on foreign-related legal services with rich experience in cross-border transaction and M&A, international litigations and arbitrations, export controls and trade sanctions, internet security and personal data protection, compliance management system, economic crimes, intellectual property and etc. She has solid knowledge in the industries of solar energy, aerospace, vehicles, medical, semiconductor and other high-tech sectors. She is a member of the foreign-related lawyer library of Shanghai Justice Bureau.

She serves as a visiting professor at East China University of Science and Technology and Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance, and acts as an arbitrator and mediator for multiple domestic and international institutions including Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), German Arbitration Institute (DIS), Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission/Shanghai International Arbitration Center and Shanghai CCPIT International Commercial Mediation Center.
