Vicky Athanassoglou

Vicky Athanassoglou is the Managing Partner of VAP LAW OFFICES and Head of the firm’s M&A practice. She is admitted as Attorney-at-Law before the Supreme Court of Athens and as Rechtsanwältin at the Düsseldorf Bar. She also acts as Arbitrator at the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) and is an accredited mediator certified by the Hellenic Ministry of Justice and CIArb.

Maria Kakouri

Maria Kakouri is a Senior Associate at VAP LAW OFFICES, where she advises on complex corporate and commercial transactions, conducts legal due diligence in the context of investments and M&A projects, and supports domestic and international clients in real estate and investment transactions in Greece.

Dimosthenis Koukovinos

Dimosthenis Koukouvinos is a Senior Associate at VAP LAW OFFICES, specialising in public and administrative law, with particular focus on regulated sectors such as healthcare and telecommunications. He advises clients on licensing procedures, regulatory compliance and the applicable legal framework governing highly regulated industries, while also supporting complex administrative and public procurement matters. In addition, he assists clients in data protection matters, acting in a Data Protection Officer (DPO) capacity and advising on GDPR compliance. His practice combines strong regulatory insight with hands-on experience in both national and European law contexts.

Chrysa Mitka is a Senior Associate at VAP LAW OFFICES, she leads M&A transactions and has extensive experience in legal due diligence, negotiations, and the execution of complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Marios Petropoulos

Marios Petropoulos is a Senior Associate at VAP LAW OFFICES, where he advises clients on civil and commercial disputes, arbitration matters and corporate transactions. His practice includes litigation before Greek courts, representation in arbitration proceedings, legal due diligence projects (including NPLs and M&As), drafting commercial agreements and advising on real estate and corporate matters.

Rena Tsimogianni

Rena Tsimogianni is a key member of the corporate and commercial practice at VAP LAW OFFICES, bringing over 15 years of experience in advising on complex corporate and transactional matters. She focuses on commercial and corporate law, with particular expertise in structuring, negotiating and implementing local and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. Rena plays a central role in legal due diligence processes and regularly advises clients on day-to-day corporate law and governance matters, as well as the drafting and negotiation of corporate agreements. She is admitted before the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) and has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2009.
