Rena Tsimogianni is a key member of the corporate and commercial practice at VAP LAW OFFICES, bringing over 15 years of experience in advising on complex corporate and transactional matters. She focuses on commercial and corporate law, with particular expertise in structuring, negotiating and implementing local and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. Rena plays a central role in legal due diligence processes and regularly advises clients on day-to-day corporate law and governance matters, as well as the drafting and negotiation of corporate agreements. She is admitted before the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) and has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2009.

Rena is a lawyer with strong focus on Commercial and Corporate Law and expertise in advising on the structuring, negotiations, documentation and implementation of complex local and cross-border corporate transactions.

She has significant experience in supporting mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and  legal due diligence mandates. Rena also advises clients on day-to-day corporate law and corporate governance issues, and she regularly supports clients with drafting and reviewing corporate agreeements.

Rena joined the firm in 2023 and has been practicing law since 2009. She is admitted before the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos).
