Young Hee Jo is the managing partner of LAB PARTNERS.  Her main areas of practice include Financial Services Regulation, Government Relations, Corporate Compliance, Risk Management, and Cross-border Financial Transactions.  In particular, she is highly regarded for her specialty in dealing with regulation of financial institutions, including banking, securities, insurance and lending institutions, and regularly advises foreign financial companies in relation to licensing requirements, business restrictions and regulatory audits in Korea. Given her extensive legal experience spanning over 20 years, Ms. Jo has strategic know-how and communication skills in regulatory matters and government relations.
