Young-Hee Jo is a partner at LAB Partners, and her main areas of practice include domestic and cross-border asset-backed securitization and other structured finance, real estate financing and regulation of financial institutions. Ms. Jo has been involved in many significant cross-border financings that were awarded as “Deal of the Year” by IFLR. She also specializes in regulations of financial institutions, including banking, securities, insurance and lending institutions. Ms. Jo was a partner in Shin & Kim for more than 10 years before joining LAB Partners, and she worked as an International Associate at the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton from 2003 to 2004.
